Cancellation Policy

By booking, I voluntarily agree to use the facilities at my own risk. I understand that sauna and ice bath use may cause overheating, dehydration, dizziness, cold shock, or exacerbate medical conditions. I confirm I am in good health and take full responsibility for consulting a doctor if I have or suspect any condition (e.g. heart, respiratory, neurological, pregnancy, infections). I waive all claims against Dips & Drips Wahiawa, its owners, staff, and affiliates for any injury, illness, or property loss, except in cases of gross negligence. I agree to follow all rules and staff instructions, use equipment responsibly, and act safely and respectfully. Failure to comply may result in a warning or termination of membership without refund. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions are 60 minutes and include both sauna and ice bath access. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. No-shows may lose credit. Facility closures may result in reschedule options. Minors must be supervised and have written consent. I understand Dips & Drips does not provide medical supervision and I participate fully at my own risk. I grant permission to use photos or video taken during my visit for marketing purposes unless I request otherwise in writing before my session. By booking, I confirm I’ve read and accept this agreement and all terms listed above.
