Wahiawa Walkthrough

Before You Start

🚿 Shower first (required before sauna or ice).
-
👙 Wear a swimsuit.

🧖♂️ Bring a towel (or purchase one on site).

❌ No changing outside — please use the bathroom or shower and close the curtain.
Sauna Session

Start with up to 15 minutes in the sauna.
-
If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, exit immediately.
-
You may extend your sauna session with a partner — just know your limits.


Ice Bath Session

Solo dips: 3 minutes max recommended.
-
With a partner: longer sessions are okay — listen to your body.
-
❄️ Drip off in the ice bath for a few seconds before stepping out (keeps the floors safe & dry).
-
Never attempt your first ice bath alone.
