Extra Rounds Encouraged

  • Most people enjoy 2–3 rounds for the full contrast experience.

  • Rest, rehydrate, and enjoy the post-session recovery benefits.

  • Pack up your belongings and leave the space tidy for the next guest.

Safety & House Rules

  • 🚫 We’re on the second floor — no cannonballs, diving, or roughhousing.

  • Stay hydrated; listen to your body.

  • Respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum.

  • If something breaks or isn’t working: text us at 808-900-7439 or DM us for the fastest response.

  • 📹 For everyone’s safety, cameras are in place.

Before You Start

  • 🚿 Shower first (required before sauna or ice).

  • 👙 Wear a swimsuit.

  • 🧖‍♂️ Bring a towel (or purchase one on site).

  • ❌ No changing outside — please use the bathroom or shower and close the curtain.

Sauna Session

  • Start with up to 15 minutes in the sauna.

  • If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, exit immediately.

  • You may extend your sauna session with a partner — just know your limits.

Ice Bath Session

  • Solo dips: 3 minutes max recommended.

  • With a partner: longer sessions are okay — listen to your body.

  • ❄️ Drip off in the ice bath for a few seconds before stepping out (keeps the floors safe & dry).

  • Never attempt your first ice bath alone.
