To help ensure a smooth experience for all members and maintain fairness across our schedule, please review the following: 🔁 Booking & Usage Your plan includes a limited number of sessions per month (as specified in your plan). You may only book one session at a time per plan. If you would like to bring a friend, they must either: Purchase a drop-in pass, or Use one of your guest passes (if applicable) and book through their own account. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will result in loss of credit for that session. No-shows are considered a late cancellation and will also result in a forfeited credit.
